Returns
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Items must not have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts and components (due to the nature of the products).
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items not purchased directly from Big Dan Custom (e.g., third-party sellers).
- Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at returns@bigdancustom.com or call us at 1-737-252-5380 to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Inspection and Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at returns@bigdancustom.com or 1-737-252-5380.
For exchanges of different items, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Special Circumstances
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and ship the correct item as soon as possible.
- Fitment Issues: If a part does not fit your vehicle as expected, please ensure you have correctly identified your vehicle’s make, model, and year before purchasing. Contact us for assistance; we may offer a return or exchange if the part is unused and in its original condition.
- Warranty Claims: Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs. Restocking fees will not apply if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective.
